Located in the heart of Playa del Carmen, Mexico, this exclusive residential development redefines contemporary tropical living through a bold and iconic architectural identity. Inspired by the form of a question mark, the project explores the relationship between movement, nature, and human interaction, creating a dynamic and recognizable silhouette within the coastal landscape.
The development features 24 luxury apartments distributed across approximately 18,000 sqm of built area, including around 2,000 sqm dedicated to office and commercial spaces. Set on a 9,000 sqm site, the project blends architecture with lush tropical gardens, open-air circulation, and panoramic views of the Caribbean environment.
The curved geometry of the building creates fluid spatial experiences, maximizing natural light, cross ventilation, and visual continuity between interior and exterior spaces. Large terraces, green rooftops, and integrated landscape design reinforce the connection between architecture and nature, offering residents an immersive resort-style living experience.
Designed as both a residential destination and an architectural statement, the project combines luxury, sustainability, and sculptural design into a unique contemporary landmark for Playa del Carmen.
