Project Description

This mixed-use development in Playa del Carmen features 38 luxury apartments integrated with approximately 2,000 sqm of retail and commercial spaces. The project spans a total built area of 9,000 sqm and is designed to combine residential comfort with active ground-level functions. The architecture creates a balanced environment where private living and commercial activity coexist within a contemporary tropical setting.

Architectural Concept & Vision

The architectural concept is based on fluid geometries and strong visual identity, creating a landmark within the coastal urban landscape of Playa del Carmen. The design emphasizes natural light, cross ventilation, and spatial continuity, while integrating greenery and open spaces throughout the development. The goal is to enhance both the residential experience and the commercial visibility within a unified architectural language.

Luxury Amenities and Indoor-Outdoor Living

The project offers a curated mix of residential and commercial amenities designed to enhance everyday life. Private living spaces are complemented by retail areas, social environments, and shared outdoor spaces. The integration of commercial units at ground level activates the project, creating a vibrant atmosphere while maintaining privacy and comfort for residents. The design supports a modern lifestyle where living, working, and leisure coexist seamlessly.
