Project Description

Antonio Rutilio Design developed the interior design concept for all apartments of this residential building in Bayahibe, Dominican Republic. The project proposed bright contemporary interiors, custom furniture, open-plan living areas, soft lighting and tropical indoor-outdoor connections. The architectural image of the building combines white volumes, terraces, pergolas, wooden sun-shading elements and large glass openings, creating a modern Caribbean residential identity.

Contemporary Caribbean Residential Interiors

The project focused on the interior design concept for all apartments of a residential building in Bayahibe, Dominican Republic. The design proposed a bright contemporary living atmosphere, combining open-plan layouts, integrated furniture, light finishes, soft indirect lighting and a strong connection between interior spaces, terraces and outdoor areas. The interiors were conceived to offer a comfortable tropical lifestyle, balancing functionality, elegance and Caribbean lightness within a modern residential architecture.

The residential concept integrates private apartments with outdoor terraces, shaded balconies, garden areas and a shared swimming pool, creating a relaxed tropical living experience. The architectural image combines white volumes, large glass openings, pergolas and wooden sun-shading elements, reinforcing the connection between the building, the interiors and the Caribbean outdoor lifestyle of Bayahibe.
