Complete Interior Renovation of a 600 m² Luxury Penthouse in Panama City

Located in Aquamare, one of the most luxurious and exclusive residential skyscrapers in Punta Pacifica, Panama City, this 600 m² penthouse was completely renovated across two levels to create a sophisticated private residence with a strong contemporary identity.

The project involved the full redesign of the interiors, including the living and dining areas, lounge spaces, staircase and mezzanine, bedrooms, furniture selection, custom furniture concepts, finishes, lighting, decoration and styling. The goal was to transform the apartment into an elegant, high-end urban home with a refined and distinctive atmosphere.

The design combines double-height spaces, glossy black flooring, glass railings, sculptural furniture, soft upholstery and warm decorative lighting. The contrast between white walls, dark polished surfaces, transparent elements and selected accent colors creates a luxurious yet comfortable environment, perfectly suited to contemporary living in one of Panama City’s most prestigious waterfront districts.

A Complete Interior Transformation for a 600 m² Luxury Penthouse

The concept was developed around the complete interior renovation of a 600 m² penthouse on two levels, located in Aquamare, one of the most luxurious and exclusive residential skyscrapers in Punta Pacifica, Panama City. The design transforms the residence into a sophisticated contemporary home, where double-height spaces, glass railings, glossy black floors and sculptural furniture create a strong visual identity. The interiors are based on contrast, reflection and transparency, combining white walls, dark polished surfaces, warm lighting and refined decorative accents. Every area of the penthouse was redesigned to enhance the sense of openness, elegance and exclusivity. The staircase, mezzanine, living room, dining area, lounge and bedrooms were conceived as part of a continuous interior experience, balancing dramatic architectural elements with comfort, softness and luxury details.
